If you fly for the KLM group, Jetlog has two more ways to get flights in without typing them.
Statement-PDF import
KLM and KLM Cityhopper crew statements import directly. Add the PDF the same way as any other import (Settings → Import); Jetlog reads the flight rows (dates, routes, block times, aircraft) straight out of the statement into the same review screen used for every other import, so you can check everything before it saves. Statement import is a structured format, not a photograph the AI reads, so it doesn’t use scan credits. See AI logbook scanning for how those work.
Roster import (KLC + ICS)
This is a separate feature from live tracking, not to be confused with the automatic tracking that fills in actual times while you fly:
- KLM Cityhopper crew roster (klc-rooster.nl): connect your roster credentials and Jetlog creates scheduled entries from your published roster, ahead of the flights actually happening.
- KLM-group ICS calendar feeds: subscribe to your published roster calendar and Jetlog schedules entries the same way.
Both create entries from what’s published (your roster). Once you fly the leg, live tracking takes over and fills in real off-blocks, takeoff, touchdown, and on-blocks times on top of the scheduled entry, no extra step needed.
Set it up
- Open Settings → Roster Sync.
- Add your KLC roster credentials, or paste your ICS calendar feed URL, whichever your operation publishes.
- Jetlog checks the feed periodically and creates or updates scheduled entries to match.
More rosters are being connected for other airlines, with a European focus. Send your roster format to support@jetlog.app and it’ll go into the queue.
For flights that already happened and aren’t on a roster feed, use Importing from another logbook or AI logbook scanning instead.
