Jetlog is free to use in full for the first 3 months. After that, continuing needs an active subscription. Here’s how the trial and subscription work, and how your data works if you ever want to leave.

The free trial

Everything is included for the first 3 months: logging, live tracking and Live Activities, reports and the ATPL progress tracker, remote sign-off, multi-device sync, the bulk editor, search, every import and export path, and AI logbook scanning. No card details up front, nothing to cancel before it starts.

After the trial

Continuing past the 3-month trial needs a subscription:

  • €2.99/month or €29.99/year.
  • It runs as an Apple introductory offer through the App Store. There’s no separate sign-up, and canceling before the trial ends means never being charged.
  • Prices shown in the App Store for your region. There’s no lifetime plan and no other trial: the monthly and yearly plans above are the only ways to subscribe.

AI scanning credits

Scanning carries its own credit system on top of the subscription:

  • The subscription includes the first 50 scans, granted once when the subscription becomes active.
  • Extra scan credits beyond that: €2.99 per 50 scans.

Managing your subscription

Jetlog has no web login, so subscription management goes through the App Store, the same as any other iOS subscription:

  1. Open Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Find Jetlog and change, pause, or cancel from there.

Canceling stops future renewals, but everything stays available for the rest of the current billing period.

Signing out everywhere

If a device is lost, sold, or you just want a clean slate, “sign out everywhere” from Settings ends every active session across all your devices. The next sign-in on any of them needs Sign in with Apple, a passkey, or an email magic link again.

Deleting your account

Account deletion starts a 30-day grace period: cancel the deletion any time in that window and everything’s exactly as you left it. After 30 days with no cancellation, your account and its data are fully erased.

Export anything you want to keep before starting deletion, or during the 30-day window. Once the grace period lapses, erasure is final. See Exporting your logbook for the CSV, Excel, and EASA-PDF options.

There’s no separate GDPR export tool beyond those exports, since they’re already a complete, structured copy of your logbook, available any time, subscription or not.

Your next flight can log itself.

Everything free for 3 months, then €2.99/month or €29.99/year. Download Jetlog and fly. The times take care of themselves.
